Situ\u00e9 sur le chemin de Saint-Jacques, notre chemin peut croiser les chevaux sauvages qui y vivent, les pots-de-pot et, bien s\u00fbr, un \u00e9chantillon du <strong>Piment d\u2019Espelette<\/strong> qui y pousse ne doivent pas manquer. Nous traversons la c\u00e9l\u00e8bre avenue des Pyr\u00e9n\u00e9es, une avenue longue de 1,8 km, qui permet une vue imprenable sur les Pyr\u00e9n\u00e9es pour arriver enfin au ch\u00e2teau de <strong>Pau<\/strong>, lieu de naissance du roi <strong>Henri IV<\/strong>. Ce ch\u00e2teau abrite \u00e9galement une forteresse m\u00e9di\u00e9vale, un palais de la Renaissance et une r\u00e9sidence royale.
